Create a free KOCHAT account

A free personal account for conversations with KOMORI. A verified email can connect you to matching groups. An unverified phone or name-only match requires administrator approval.

Use the name KOMORI knows you by (e.g. Taro Yamada)
If it is the e-mail KOMORI already has, you join your groups automatically.

We use your data only to create the account, confirm who you are, decide group entry at KOMORI and contact you. You can delete the account at any time.

What the free account does

  • Chat in the groups you are in (photos, files, voice)
  • One-to-one chat and calls with people in the same group
  • Files up to 25 MB each, 300 MB in total
  • Not included: the staff directory, creating or managing groups/companies, internal tools (tasks, AI, etc.).

You can leave a group at any time. The group administrator can also remove you (we tell you by e-mail).
